Shakara Robinson is an analytical leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients standardize processes to resolve processing discrepancies, while inspiring and retaining client trust. Her ability to create and implement systematic processes has been instrumental in maximizing operational efficiency.
For the past 10 years, Shakara has worked as an Administrative Assistant and Coordinator in the Sub-Consultant and Health Industries, supporting executive leadership in project implementation, delivery of client services, and documentation management. By serving as a liaison between organization leaders and clients, she has been able to facilitate consistent improvements in customer retention.
Shakara was able to leverage her project management skills and knowledge of systems administration to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals reduce processing delays and contractual errors, resulting in more seamless transactions.
